ESD bubble envelopes in three formats, including 154 x 406 mm for elongated parts and 350 x 350 mm for flat, wide assemblies. Cushioning and ESD protection in one pack.
Description
The envelopes hold larger or elongated assemblies that are transported cushioned.
The bubble envelope protects the contents from impacts and, as ESD packaging, prevents the part from charging when it is packed and unpacked. In many cases it replaces a combination of bag and cushioning material.
Besides the elongated format, there is a square and a large version. The exact dimensions are in the table.

What to look for when choosing
- Format: the elongated format suits narrow, long parts.
- Weight: pack heavy parts additionally in a sturdy carton.
- Closure: clarify whether you will heat-seal the envelope or close it with ESD adhesive tape.

Notes on use
Pack the parts in the EPA on a grounded mat and wearing a grounding wrist strap. Avoid ordinary adhesive tape on the envelope. Mark consignments so that they are opened only in a protected area.

Which format suits long circuit boards?
The elongated format is intended for narrow, long parts. For wide parts, choose the square or the large format.
