How your ESD printing works
- 1. Choose a garment: Select the product you want and the available version and colour. Switch between front and back view to plan your printing.
- 2. Add a logo, image or text: Upload your motif or enter a text, for example your company name, a slogan or a department name.
- 3. Position the print: Place your motif in the print area you want. Move it directly on the product and adjust the motif size. The print areas shown help with orientation.
- 4. Save the preview or request the print: Save your design as an image for internal approval or send us your printing enquiry with preview and logo file.

Having ESD clothing printed individually with your company logo
A company logo makes your workwear unmistakable. With individual ESD printing you create a uniform corporate appearance and make your team's affiliation visible. Additional names, department designations or lettering allow a design that suits your company and your work areas.
Our logo print advisor helps you to work out your ideas in concrete terms. You see your motif directly on the chosen product and can judge how logo, product colour and print position work together.
From first draft to an agreed printing enquiry
A visible design makes the decision easier. Use the product preview to try different placements and to agree the print you want with purchasing, marketing or your team. With “Save preview as image” you keep your draft and can pass it on internally.
Once your design is final, “Request printing” takes you to the next step. Your preview and the matching logo file form the basis for agreeing your individual printing.
Frequently asked questions about ESD printing
Which files can I upload for my logo?
The configurator supports PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP, GIF and BMP. After uploading you can place your motif on the product and adjust its size.
Can I also add a name or a text?
Yes. With “Add text” you can add, for example, employee names, department designations or a slogan.
Which print positions can I choose?
Depending on the garment, areas on the front, the back or the sleeves are available. Show the print areas in the preview to align your design with them.
Can I also have ESD table mats printed?
Yes. In the advisor, choose “Table mat” or “Mat set” and the size you need. You can place your motif in the centre, in one of the four corners or at the bottom centre. Dimensions refer to the selected mat size. We clarify options, processes and minimum quantities in the quote.
Does the preview match the final print exactly?
The preview is for orientation on the product photo. The proportions shown refer approximately to clothing size L. Colours, motif sizes and positions can differ slightly in the actual print.
What does printing cost, and are there minimum quantities?
Prices and minimum quantities depend on product, process, number of colours and quantity. We state them in the quote. Send us your preview and the approximate quantity.
What happens to my file?
The preview is created in your browser; the file is not uploaded for it. Only when you choose "Send enquiry" and leave "Send original logo file(s) and preview" ticked do we transmit it by email to our sales team. It is not stored on the web server.
