Pink ESD bubble wrap made of dissipative LDPE, 55 µm film thickness, bubbles with 10 mm diameter, 150 m per roll. Heat-sealable, recyclable and amine-free, in widths from 300 to 1500 mm.
Description
The roll is used for cushioning and wrapping electronics in the EPA and in shipping.
The film is made of dissipative LDPE with a thickness of 55 µm and a tolerance of plus/minus 10 %. The bubbles have a diameter of 10 mm. It is heat-sealable, recyclable and amine-free.
The rolls are 150 m long, and the widths range from 300 to 1500 mm. This way, you cover small wraps as well as large-area lining.

What to look for when choosing
- Width: choose the width according to part size and carton format.
- Type of protection: dissipative film prevents charging but does not shield.
- Further processing: as the film is heat-sealable, bags can be made from it.
- Disposal: the film is recyclable.

Notes on use
Process the film grounded in the EPA. For shipments that travel outside the protected area, additionally pack the parts in shielding bags. Close wraps with ESD adhesive tape.
Frequently asked questions
What does amine-free mean?
The film contains no amines as antistatic additives. This is important if residues on sensitive surfaces are to be avoided.
Can I make bags from the film?
Yes, the film is heat-sealable. With a film heat sealer, you make cushion bags in the size you need.
