ESD bubble bag for cushioned protection of small electronics, in formats from 75 x 120 to 220 x 250 mm. For components that need protection from impacts and charging.
Description
The bags are intended for small to medium-sized components that are stored or shipped cushioned.
The bubbles absorb impacts and vibrations, and the ESD material prevents the bag and contents from charging when inserted and removed. This removes the need for additional filling material in the carton.
The formats range from small bags for individual components to bags for compact assemblies. All sizes are in the table.

What to look for when choosing
- Format: choose the bag so that the part does not slip.
- Type of protection: for shipping outside the EPA, check whether a shielding version is needed.
- Closure: plan for ESD adhesive tape or a heat sealer.

Notes on use
Fill the bags in the EPA, grounded via wrist strap or shoes and on a grounded mat. Do not press out excess air by rubbing, as this can generate charge. Store the bags clean.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need additional cushioning material?
For light parts, the bubble bag is usually sufficient. For heavy parts, we also recommend a sturdy carton.
Can the bags be printed with our logo?
On request, we print individual logos and stickers. Tell us your requirements and quantity; we will clarify what is possible for this product.
