ESD foam for containers
ESD foam cushions parts in containers, cases and drawers and keeps them in place. You will find PU foam in black, hard or soft, smooth or studded, and PE foam as sheet and in pink.
The dimensions start at 353 x 253 mm for standard containers and extend to 1000 x 1500 mm as sheet material for cutting to size. You will find ready-made bags and discs made of foam in ESD foam packaging, and more on storage in ESD storage and transport.

Hard or soft?
Hard foam
Firm foam gives components and assemblies a stable place, also in thicknesses such as 15 mm. It is suitable as a base and as an insert.
Soft foam
Soft foam absorbs impacts and cushions parts in containers and cases. Studded foam also holds them in position.
Cut-to-size or ready-made size
Ready-made inserts for standard containers save time. Use sheet material if you need your own contour or dimensions.
