ESD polo shirt in navy: ESD clothing for electronics manufacturing, assembly and testing.
The polo shirt combines a classic cut with breast pocket and button placket with conductive carbon fibres in the fabric. It is suitable as a lighter alternative to the lab coat or as a base layer underneath when uniform team clothing is wanted in the ESD area.
The fabric weighs 150 g/m² and consists of 96 % cotton, 4 % carbon fibre. The manufacturer states a dissipative resistance of 10⁵ to 10⁷ ohm. It is available in sizes XS to 5XL.
ESD clothing works only together with grounding of the person. Plan for a wrist strap or heel grounder and a dissipative floor.
