ESD heel grounder with clip fastener: heel grounder for grounding when walking in the ESD area.
The heel grounder dissipates the person's charge when walking, via the shoe sole into a dissipative floor. It complements the wrist strap wherever employees do not sit at a fixed place, for example in the warehouse, at test stations or on the way through production.
The reusable version with clip fastener stays on the shoe and is readjusted as needed.

Notes on use
Heel grounders dissipate charge via the shoe sole into a dissipative floor. Without a suitable floor covering, or with insulating shoe soles, the effect is lost; the strap should be tested regularly.
